Chef Anand honed his culinary skills in his early days as a Chef at hotels such as Sheraton Towers Singapore and Mandarin Oriental Singapore, to name a few.
He went on to be headhunted and offered the opportunity to lead a brigade of Chefs working at different establishments – from Hotel Kitchens to Fine Dining Restaurants to Diplomatic Missions.
