The Chef

Chef Anand honed his culinary skills in his early days as a Chef at hotels such as Sheraton Towers Singapore and Mandarin Oriental Singapore, to name a few.
He went on to be headhunted and offered the opportunity to lead a brigade of Chefs working at different establishments – from Hotel Kitchens to Fine Dining Restaurants to Diplomatic Missions.

Chef Anand has also had the privilege of judging many local cooking competitions, appeared in numerous shows over the years and not forgetting his feature as a Mentor Chef of MediaCorp's King of Culinary https://www.mediacorp.sg/kingofculinary/mentor-chefs

With close to 21 years of Culinary Experience , Chef Anand is a Master of his Craft.
